- The prices include water & electric. Maid service, weekly linen change and use of the Mayer Luz swimming pool are also included.
- Minimum stays-High Season 7 nights-Medium Season 5 nights-Low Season 4 nights-Spring & Winter Season 3 nights.
- To confirm a booking, a 20% deposit is required (non-refundable), the remainder being payable 8 weeks or before prior to arrival (non-refundable). We do advise taking out adequate insurance on booking.
- Payment can be by credit card, Paypal, Bank Transfers, Cash.
